General Terms & Conditions for Sponsors

  1. Application and Allotment

    Sponsorship applications received on or before 8 August 2026 will be considered together. If multiple applicants apply for the same category, allotment will be decided through a transparent online draw, and the video will be shared in the official WhatsApp group. After the cut-off date, available categories will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to full payment.

  2. Joint Sponsorships

    The following categories may be applied for jointly:
    1. LED Sponsorship: 1 sponsor or jointly by 3 sponsors
    2. Roster Advertisement: 1 sponsor or jointly by 2 sponsors
    3. Photo Frame Sponsorship: 1 sponsor or jointly by 2 sponsors
    4. Visitor Kit Sponsorship: 1 sponsor or jointly by 2 sponsors
    5. Web Portal Sponsorship: 1 sponsor or jointly by 2 sponsors
    Joint sponsors must apply together through a single application, and the full sponsorship amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.

  3. Event Branding

    The BNI name, event name and Master Sponsor branding will be displayed on applicable print media and major event communication material.

  4. Design Aesthetics and Approval

    Overall design aesthetics, visual consistency and event presentation will remain the first priority. The Event Team reserves the right to resize, reposition, modify or reject any logo, artwork, advertisement or promotional material that does not suit the event's design standards.

  5. Final Design Authority

    The Event Team will have final authority regarding logo size, placement, visibility, colour coordination and overall presentation. Its decision on the final design will be binding.

  6. Branding Material Submission

    Sponsors must submit logos, advertisements, videos and other required content within the communicated timeline. Delayed submission may result in reduced or omitted visibility without refund.

  7. Newspaper Advertisement

    A half-page newspaper advertisement is planned, subject to confirmation of all 10 sponsors. If fewer sponsors are confirmed, the advertisement size may be reduced. If the advertisement is cancelled, the amount collected specifically for it will be refunded.

  8. Non-Transferability

    Sponsorship rights cannot be transferred or assigned to another person, member, brand or organisation without prior approval from the Event Team.

  9. Prices and Taxes

    All sponsorship prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST.

  10. Event Modification or Cancellation

    If the event is postponed, rescheduled, modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Event Team's control, the sponsorship benefits may be adjusted, carried forward or handled as decided by the Event Team.

  11. No Guarantee of Business

    Sponsorship provides branding and visibility opportunities only. BNI and the Event Team do not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, referrals, leads or business transactions.

  12. Acceptance

    Submission of the sponsorship application and payment will be treated as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
